Hilda once went to Vegas and within an hour of arriving purchased a spiked slushy drink in a giant plastic tube from Fat Tuesday. The issue was that she was allergic to the dye that was in the slushy and ended up spending her entire vacation with a full body rash.

I will ask for your address before any payment is taken so I can accurately quote you a customized shipping cost – including duties. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Each piece is handmade and completely unique. Because of this I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you look carefully at the item you are interested in before purchasing. I am happy to send additional photos at your request. That being said, please contact me if there is an issue with your order so that we can work out a solution together.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please contact me at juliakansas@gmail.com or though the juliakansasetc Instagram DMs within 48 hours of delivery to let me know of any damages or missing items. On the rare occasion that an item is damaged while it is being shipped, I will refund the cost of the piece only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. I may decline to refund an order if I am not informed of an issue within 48 hours of arrival.
