Each piece is handmade and completely unique. Because of this I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you look carefully at the item you are interested in before purchasing. I am happy to send additional photos at your request. That being said, please contact me if there is an issue with your order so that we can work out a solution together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact me at juliakansas@gmail.com or through the juliakansasetc Instagram DMs if you would like to purchase outside of Canada and the United States. I will ask for your address before any payment is taken so I can accurately quote you a customized shipping cost – including duties.
