​STUDIO POLICIES

Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Refunds are available up to 2 days before the class start date. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Class Cancellations: Pearl Art Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit for future classes.

Make-up Classes: Make-up classes for missed sessions may be arranged at the discretion of the studio, depending on availability and class schedules.

 

Materials: Unless otherwise specified, basic materials are included in class fees. Specialty materials may require additional fees.

​

Studio Etiquette: Participants are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, instructors, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

​

Clothing: Please wear appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting stained. Pearl Art Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items.​
